Liquor Licence

MPG has a Remote Sellers Liquor Licence. 

Any liquor supplied will be produced on the Mornington Peninsula, limited in quantity and sold in combination with other non-alcoholic products as part of a gift package/hamper OR as a part of a gift card/voucher.

Gifts containing alcohol will only be sold where both the sender and receiver are 18 years of age or older.  At the time of ordering, customers will be asked to acknowledge that they are over the age of 18 years and that the alcohol will not be supplied to a minor.  Evidence of age must be provided on receipt of delivery.

WARNING

Under the Liquor Control Act 1998 it is an offence;

• To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $23,000)
• For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $900)
